Indoor Cycling is highly effective, easy and above all: extremely addictive. Sprints, hills, flat open roads or bumpy back tracks- you’ll conquer them all during these classes on a stationary bike. Typical for the Spinning bike are the flywheel and the resistance knob. The flywheel provides a driving and stimulating rhythm, while the resistance knob allows you to select on which intensity you train.

Pilates is a newly rediscovered training that challenges your body as well as your soul. The secret of this training, which is usually performed on a mat, lies in its fundamental principles. Vinyasa Yoga

This class moves fluid and continuous through different yoga postures (asanas). An invigorating dance like yoga lesson. The classes are flowing at a moderate pace guided by detailed instruction. The postures are kept save and simple, focus on building strength, endurance and flexibility.
Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing

You want to be in shape like a boxer? We show you how with our intensive Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing workout. Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing combines the most effective martial arts techniques and forms them into a sweat dripping workout.

Qigong - the ability to let undisturbed natural life energy flow through the body. What at first sounds like pure mysticism, is now taken seriously by western medicine. The philosophically and religiously inspired Qigong is very well suited as a relaxation technique and gymnastics. A 3000 year old Chinese exercise form that is recommended as a complementary therapy for people with back, head and body aches.

STRONGER

STRONGER, developed by INDIGO, is built on the High Intensity Training principles. To sum up, STRONGER promises an ideal muscle growth or bodyshaping with a minimal investment of time. In this class you are trying to exhaust your musculature used in the different exercices during 45-90 seconds. Go strong!
